Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As with other returns, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus a non-refundable service fee of $7.99.
